I totally disapprove M3M as a credited builder. it probably spends crores of rupees on marketing and bringing new marketing tricks to sell their property, including assured rentals and what not. I can surely say this a just a hoax and it’s only and only a trick to lure genuine people. when a common man who gets lured with their heavy investment marketing gimmicks then turn their backs, no assured rentals, no answering of phone calls by them. these builders should realise it’s the common mans tax payers hard earned money that they are using for their petty gains and to grow their empires upon. unless educated people like us raise their voices against them, they will continue to bug and bite us.
