We have booked 2 separate 3BHK flat last year, which was promised by Mr. Suryanil Saha (manager) to be delivered by 2023. So we advanced an amount of 1lacs .However we got to know from other sources, Magnolia is not taking up the project as it was not sanctioned under HIRA. So wanted to them to refund our advanced amount.its been 8months , they has not initiated the process of refund.They even disconnect our call these days. Once they are done with you they show no interest in your property. Magnolia is a big Cheat fund raising organisation.Please don’t buy flats from them.
