I have booked a flat in mahagun Montage Crossing republik property in 2020. They had committed me to give possession in March 2022 on paper .
Now, they are keep on shifting the possession date.
Now the construction work has been stopped since may 2022 of the super structure. fortune tower is on 24th floor since 6 month. There is some issue going on related to MAP with the Ghaziabad development authority. They are keep on giving commitments to start work to all buyers. When ever I call they say next week work will be started next week work will be started. I don’t know when that date will come on which date work will be started.
