I have been staying in Mahaveer tranquil as a tenant for the past 1.5 years, there’s always issue with water supply here. They have no borewell or kauvery water only water tankers, separate water bill is charged for all flats. They started to put water meters but still not started. They have issues with water tanker vendors, no consistency. Quite often swimming pool is closed due to lack of water supply. They charge separately for cultural events. There’s no agency for housekeeping they have a group of untrained housekeeping who has no fixed timing for cleaning corridors and pickup of garbage. After 11 pm no delivery guys are allowed inside, there’s pipe leakage issue due to bad quality of construction. Constant sound of construction due to the illegal pg construction just beside the society premises. Too much mismanagement.
