I am am existing buyer of their flat in B3 tower. Living there since about 2 years. It’s been 4 years delivery delay and their management is rude and arrogance. We haven’t got any amenities and struggling daily for basic necessities like Electricity and Water. Most of us are planning to sell the flats and leave. Let’s call it investment went bad.
Mar 2022, we don’t have proper working lifts, continuous water supply or electricity. They have got consutruction line from Bescom and providing to residents at charges.
About 100 times people have been stuck at lifts and have been rescued after hours. Kiran defense is "atleast they did not die".
PMD folks like Kiran and Rajesh go and threaten individuals and residents who complain against them. Nagesh is their PMD and I will tell u that a vegetable is more useful than him. Every day residents are putting up protest since 2 years but nothing changed.
They fool new customers with sales tricks.
Perhaps one of the worst decisions of our life.
