  1. Project started long back. No OC TILL NOW.




  2. RERA RESISTERED.    Per RERA RULE No one authorised to shift till OC but all shifted




  3. Boundary dispute. One wall is still open.




  4. Very unprofessional staff.






5 Maintanance is taken but no care


6 Poor qualify of finishing


7 Amenities still pending


8 Looking for OC and CC property, this does not have till date and no clarity on when it will come or not come.
