Poor experience even before possession.

1. Possession delayed from commitment during sales.

   
   




2. Over crowded buildings by extending additional floors later till 17th floor with only 2 lifts for 6 flats on a floor.

   
   




3. Differences in draft copy of agreement shared with customers and what gets signed at registrar office.

   
   




4. Wrong layouts. Changed doors and electrical lighting directions without intimation and consent.

   
   




5. Smaller and congested parkings. Extra parkings sell for cash.

   
   




6. No slab cover for windows

   
   




7. Leakage in rooms during rains even before possession.

   
   




8. Poor quality bathroom, kitchen and electrical fittings from what was given in brochure.

10. Take full amount for soft possession and still keep waiting for 2 months.
