As per the registered agreement marathon was supposed to provide individual covered parking, but instead they provided stack parking that too is very very small. During possession, I was told if I file case, then they will delay the possession till the legal case is resolved. As I got possession in 2019 against what was mentioned in the registered agreement as 2016. Very bad builder who even doesn’t stand up to its registered agreement. They have got big legal team to arm twist and indirect threatening.
