I have been staying in this society for quite some time now. when you approach the sales team .everything will be glorified .with excellent promises . but once you pay token, . end of the story!
Society does not even provide power back up for flats .which is the basic necessity in today’s scenario, when we are all working from home . Today 04th March, we have been sitting in HOT SUMMER without power backup inside the flats .7 hrs now!
Buyers please be careful and DO NOT INVEST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.THEY WILL CHEAT YOU.
TO add to the problems . we have seepage issues in almost all the flats . and all has to be repaired at own cost .
I wish someone had guided me well in advance .I would not have put in my hard earned money here.
