I paid the token amount but later on had to cancel because of bad review about the property. Initially they said your amount will be refunded in 2 week but it is more than 2 weeks now and they have stopped picking up my calls and are not replying to emails as well.
If you are 100% sure of the property then only pay the token amount. Most of the review about the project on Dwello are either by their staff or fake ids. So don’t believe dwello as well.
