This project started in 2015 with lot’s of fake promises. Floor plans kept getting revised e.g initially it was 18 story building later it changed to 21 and then 25.
Builder has already sucked 95% of the payment and yet there is no sign of possession in next 5-6 months. Very unprofessional staff who never respond to your calls and queries.
GST matter is still not settled by the builder, he is charging 7% GST without refunding VAT.
Construction quality is superbly pathetic please see it to believe it!
