Modi Builders are real estate real cheaters. They don’t have commitment. In Greenville, Kongarakalan Hyderabad. They promised club hous, park, maintenance, children play ground etc., . Collected huge chunks of money for development. They have not done single development as per promise. They have constructed a club house, i request you to visit the same before you make purchase.
They have formed owners association without involvement of original plot owners and deposited security deposit in their account. No plot owner knows what the fate of the money.
Don’t go by my word or revirw, better visit Modi Builders Greenville, Kongarakalan. Then come to a conclusion.
I don’t have any problem with them personally. But, just want save atleast one or two from these cheaters.
