I have booked a flat in #MayflowerPlatinum and possession is pending. Had very good #experience during Sales but post that it has been nightmares. Have been running to coordinate between CRM & Project team who dont internally coordinate. #PATHETIC customer orientation and #POOR commitments. Missing of calls, giving reasons like vendor is not supporting/ Sales committed wrongly/ waiting for CRM- Site instructions & vague commitments have become a norm for #ModiProperties team. They will quote a process for their delay and behaviour which is not logical. Worst is that we dont get response from senior members of these teams on mobile or emails so have to be on Mercy of God only. #WorstCustomerService. I hope that they listen and resolve our concerns
