We bought flat in Oasis Breeze apartment located in Meenakshi layout from owner Sreedhar of nagamani constructions in 2014. He delivered flat late by one year and did not completely finished the project with all the amenities/works which he has promised while buying the flat. Since from past 3 years he didn’t handover documents to the apartment association, left the project with many incomplete works. Still our apartment doesnt have proper drainage and road which builder Sreedhar has promised that he will lay the road by himself by spending his own amount. be careful while buying flat from Nagamani Constructions
