I don’t think the builder is bad. I have visited their Beleeza project. Its posh and well completed. I am sure they will maintain the same quality in other project as well. I have to give one star for being associated with bad channel partners.
Interestingly, their marketing partner Prop yards is not a company but an individual named Bikash Agrawal. He has a youtube channel to lure customers. He promises cash backs if a property is booked through him but later he collects his commission from the builder and does not pay the promised cash back. He cheated many in Prestige Jindal city project and he has been black listed by prestige group. I know this because my neighbor in prestige Jindal city also got cheated.
