Very bad experience in Navins Starwood 2.0

I’m writing this review because we faced an unacceptable experience in Navin’s Starwood tower project 2.0.


I booked the 3bhk flat on Starwood project 2.0 last year March 2022 by paying the advance amount.


Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it for further process due to personal reasons and given the cancellation request on June 2022.


But still, I didn’t get any refund for the paid advance amount towards blocking the flat.


I tried to reach the CRM team hosted on Navin’s Triumph office Nandanam but they are not responding.


Also, I visited the office couple of times for a refund but didn’t get a proper response.


I’ve booked Navins because of trust and most leading builders but I felt substandard about this and still difficult to approach for the same.


It would be great if someone from the Senior management should investigate this to help me with the refund.
