Even though it’s a ready-to-move-in property, I got the sense that some parts are still settling. For example, the crowd density or wear-and-tear shared areas don’t feel like a decades-old stable society yet. Also, during peak hours, traffic and commuting may still take a toll, given that it's in one of the busiest zones of Mumbai. There’s a visible trade-off between space/amenities and the hustle that comes with living in a fast-growing suburb.
