Be careful with this builder(Opera homes/Opera Structures/Opera Developers) in Bangalore.
Construction quality is very poor, Seepage issues just after possession, inefficient maintenance staff, false commitments etc.
Their project in Devarachikkanahalli in still in in complete status because they did not construct the compound wall at the frond of the apartment even after 2 years from the procession date.
Builder did not construct the compound at the project boundary because they had planned to use the project set area for some other private purpose.
After one year from procession date, with the approval of builder and landowner, the neighbor cum relative cum of landowner had constructed a car porch in the project set back area for his private use.
We have already reported this encroachment to concerned authorities and waiting to get this resolved.
So kindly consider all these points before making any final decision.
