The builder is associated with a bunch of idots & non-professional workers including painter, plumber, tiles applicator, electrician.

Builder talks very politely & makes lots of promises before purchasing the property. Once the flat is sold they don’t respond.
There is no proper curing of walls.
Wall plastering & tiles comes off within few days of purchase.
Poor sanitary & water connections.
Electrical wiring is not good.
Floor tiles are not good & they come off
