One of the biggest cheating builder, 2 years back i have paid six Lakhs for booking but still they not handover the flat - i have sanctioned 5 housing loans from different banks for my flats but they not provided valuable documents to banks, because they not have money to them to complete the flat work and hand over flats, also after cancelled booking not considered to pay back my money. All are cheating - paying my personal loans unwantedly, Don’t buy any flats there, more cheating persons are there. Whenever call no proper answer or not attending the calls, simply says you cancellation in processing.
