On 6 June 2019, we paid caution deposit about 4.92L to book a 2BHK flat in Phase C, 1302. However, we have requested cancellation due to the family emergency during covid(my father has been hospitalized) on 12 Aug. 2020.
The initial response was that I will be refunded by deducting the minimal processing charges within 60 to 90 days.
I have been following up with Hillcrest for the past 3years+ and there is no positive response. Now HillCrest says that as per the policy, we need to pay back additional amount.
We dont understand the fact that we dont own a single brick/sand from HillCrest and still forfeiting hard earned money.
I request everyone whoever reads this message to help me on how to handle this.
