I Invest and now get profit that’s the reason for change this review. Great location and genuinely good pricing. I don’t see a better value proposition here. Although I must admit, got a lot of negative feedback from builders nearby, but they also seemed angry that this was priced lower than them. Finally took a call based on customer feedback of people who have purchased in phase 1. Bought and happy.
