Panchsheel Greens located in Greater Noida West is not a good society to live in as compared to other societies nearby.
You can't talk over the phone in any of the rooms as there is no Network coverage, you may have to go to the balcony to talk otherwise the person on the other end wouldn't be able to listen to you due to network issue.
The maintenance is not good, there are people who don't pay the maintenance charge on time due to which others have to suffer as the management stops to get the cleaning done and all the floors stink, this had happened twice in last one year.
Power Back up is only on their brochure its not a real thing atleast in the tower I live, in case of electricity cut it takes ages for them to switch on the genearator and every other day generator has to be repaired.
I have been living here since last one year as a tenant, the worst thing is that to use the gym, swimming pool and other society services tenant has to pay Rs. 10, 000 for security deposit which they say is refundable and than a quarterly charge of 3500-4000, so in total you have to pay around 14K to avail the benefits which is not the case in other societies as all this is included in maintenance charges.
There are some good things about this society like market which is good, you may get your daily use items from shops there, pricing of the flats is good and the security services are also upto mark.
Still I wouldn't recommend this society to buy a flat as there are multiple options available in the area that you can explore.
