Make sure you check everything before you invest. Project started in 2019 not yet completed. I have done booking in June 2023 with a promise of Possesion by Oct 2024. Now builder is claiming to give Possesion by Rera Date which is Dec 2025 but is not possible as there is no Way to access the building. only 1 BHk has been made out of 2 BHk and builder is claiming he has completed the Rooms. I have invested 1.10 Cr till now and doesn’t seem the builder would give possession by Dec 2025. Only 14 floor structure is made.
