Flats not handover - Pooja diamond kattupakkam

I am Manoj. Brought flat in pooja diamond Anandham in Kattupakkam. They told handover my flat in June 2021. Waiting for 1.7 years but still not completed. Worst service. I want to file complaint. If you are a buyer please contact me at 934530xxxx.
