There is water problem all over the city mainly in apartments. So be careful before buying this.
Builders will be least bothered about it.
Their aim is to sell, make profit and run away and do not give proper maintenance.
Many of my friends and relatives are struggling with water problem in many apartments.
So my advice don’t buy it.
