Never ever buy any properties in praneeth group. THEY ARE GREEDY AND FRAUD BUILDER. Charges premium but lower quality materials. They won’t give kitchen platform no taps, no wash basin, they gave plastic taps. After purchase also need to spend lot of money. Hidden charges in clubhouse, high electricity bills, poor windows, poor doors, hollow tiles.. not a single quality item.. all worst. Never believe sales team..they tell only lies. Brouchure is namesake.. delay in delivery also.
