If you wish to buy a property, I would highly suggest to consider other builders. Prateek Group is awfully pathetic. Once you clear all the payments and hope for possession by max 90 days( as promised by them at the time of dealing for ready to move in kind property). You would be running pillar to post but nothing will happen. You should consider yourself extremely lucky if you get the property within 2 years of time without extensively chasing them. I HIGHLY SUGGEST DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
