We purchased a flat unit in Prateek Grand City, specifically in Grand Carnesia. All payments were made on time, and during the booking, the flat was presented as available, with only final touches remaining, such as electrical connections, plumbing, civil finishing work, and doors.
We have been patiently waiting for them to hand over the flat, but instead of commencing the pending work, they demanded full payment. It appears that the company is facing financial difficulties because they have not made any progress in completing the flat. Instead, they repeatedly asked us to visit their head office.
Now, they are suggesting handing over the flat in the same condition as it was seven months ago, with no work completed. Even the debris in the hall has not been cleaned. The company lacks responsible individuals, and their customer relationship management is severely lacking. They do not respond to our emails.
Ultimately, purchasing an apartment from Prateek Realtors has proven to be a lifetime mistake that others should avoid. Never invest your hard-earned money with such an unreliable builder. I urge you to read all the reviews, not just mine, to gain a full understanding of their poor performance.
Attached is a video showing the state of the unit they are offering for possession. Their eagerness to document the handover seems to be driven solely by our threat to initiate legal proceedings. They appear to underestimate our determination, assuming we will accept this unacceptable situation.
