I bought their property after reading reviews on the internet. Now that I am the first-hand victim of this builder. I can tell you, there are a lot of people like me who may have not written their reviews anywhere on the internet. If you are reading this, be assured there are a lot of people out there, who got tricked by false promises of their sales team but this company neither provides after-sales service nor any quality in the product. You will be left with heavy and unjustified bills, penalties, and delays before you get a hold of the property. Even after that, you will have to invest money to make the property livable.
Believe me, I am not exaggerating. In my case mostly delay happened due to corona but there will always be some reason for a delay. And, the builder will always find a way to save their end of penalty but will charge the full bill from you.
Proceed with caution, I would advise at least not to buy from this builder.
