I purchased the apartments in 2019. In fact very few flats remained at the time of my purchase. M/s prestige has sold most of the property. However due to a legal tangle, with the CMDA, they have not been able to get the completion certificates for as many as 8 towers out of the 33 towers they constructed. The supreme court had ordered prestige to pay 94 crores as shes to CMDA, However prestige is not paying the amount and hence the completion certificates are not being issued by CMDA. THE PEOPLE WHO purchased flats at huge cost are not able to get the electricity meter and the value of the property is not liquid, since in the absence of the CC, it cant be sold. In spite of several requests, positive is insensitive. The property is not being handed over to the association because of this. Neither the maintenance is taken care of properly. Arbitrary increase in the maintenance charges are being resorted to as in the absence of handover, prestige is continuing to maintain the property. ..i never thought the a company of repute like prestige can stoop down so low and trouble is customers.
