We went for discussion, after negotiation on price, when we got back to them the next morning to confirm the deal, we were told that villa is sold out. It just sounded like made up story. Appeared as if that villa was nt for sale but they just wanted to Guage the customer’s offer. FYI : this was the model villa where they had sales office.
