We got our flat possession in June 2025 and at that time found leakage in one of the flat wall. So called quality person over there said there was some issue and it will be sorted soon, they scapped wall and put some room heaters ...after 10 days they replastered and guess what again there is dampness and leakage from common washroom and again after so many followup again same story they scrapped the wall and put room heaters there....after multiple follow up they in the month of Oct replaster it....story didn’t end here, there is still one wall which needs to be replastered... They don’t respond to your calls, email. Whenever I reach to them they give some excuse or other.
Now I am really pissed off with the kind of after possession service they are giving.
Scared of the quality of construction they have done.
