I write this to caution people investing in this project. I booked two flats on a pre-launch as expression of interest amount. I was told the amount will be refunded if I don’t like their project during pre-launch.
Now I am running behind these guys. I wrote to their crm a few time without any reply or acknowledgement from them.
I am now planning to sue them through RERA. You can also find in RERA Karnataka website that a few of their projects are in suspicious category. Be careful.don’t waste your hard earned money. I thought Puruvankara is a reputed company.never knew they are so bad.
