Also project is delayed and builder is not ready to pay compensation. As per RERA the handover should be done by July 2022 however its not yet done. They are hurriedly calling people for inspection of incomplete apartments . apartments have seepage issues now itself. also water and electricity is not there. Water they give you through tanker and electricity on DG set both of hwich is super expensive. Its as good as you are paying 10k extra pm for BESCOM and Water.
