Life has become Hell in this Slum... DISPUTED PROJECT.. Dont be in a TRAP... Check Court Cases, Check all legal documents, Legal Cases are since last 5-6 years, So meet with Peoples who are Residing since last 3-4 years to understand ground reality..This is JV Project, So if any builder goes out from the project, remaining other builders keep on troubling & torching residents of builder who is out from project due to their legal disputes... J2 residents has seen all this and are in serious trouble.. You may be next victim...
After Going through Virtual Walkthrough & meeting with builders , I was very much impressed..Though I got my dream Home...2 Malls are near, Schools are near, Good Location, Entry through Amanora Township..but unfortunately I feel like I got Cheated.
I booked flat in the year 2015, Project work for first phase of 6 buildings and club house has begins in year 2010-11....builder promised me for possession by 2017 year-end with all amenities, roads & infrastructure for J2 Building....Possession delayed by almost 2 years... This may happen with each & every building...J1 Peoples has been waiting for possession since last 3-4 years... We understand their pain....
Finally after 2 years of Delay , without any compensation from builder, got possession of flat in year 2019...was very happy after getting keys ??..But with time, problems goes on increasing day by day.....Daily new tasks...forget about amenities, we dont even have basic infrastructure, Water connection, internal roads, no car parking allotted by builder for J2 building till year 2022 i e. After 7 years from booking date...No Childrens Playing area, Childrens are Playing on road..Club House is still under construction...There are almost 60-80 Stray Dogs in entire township...they keeps on barking day and night... Unable to sleep at night after hectic day of work.... Slum is better place than this township..
Builder has not been able to build even proper Entry Gate & Compound Wall after 12 years from start of Phase 1.....He isnt able to complete phase one till June 2022..May take another one year...Almost 10-11 years waiting for Club House and amenities..Still it is under construction.... We have paid extra infrastructure charges for Club House but it is still under construction due to brain and vision less builder....
Also, many times Amanora Security guards are not allowing Leisure Town resident to use their fire station road & fire station gate may get closed anytime...So dont have another proper approach road is big concern...Also there is Legal dispute between 2 builders, So Project has been delaying day by day...only 4-6 building are completed out of 16 in last 10-11 years...with this speed Project may take 2059 for the completion if we are lucky...
If anybody is Planing to invest in this Project , then think thousands times before investing your hard earned money...Dont be fool like us.. Check Legal Documents, Court Cases.. First meet Residents and understand concerns... Dont be in a Trap... We dont have allotted car parking.. Daily task is to find place to park vehicle.. No Sufficient playing area for kids as Club house is still under construction... swimming pool is just to fool customers, dont think it will be going to open for next 5-6 years, no commercial shops... For Grocery, we dont have much options... No PMC Water connection, so need to spend almost 2-3 lakhs from maintenance amount on water... We are TRAPPED..
