The environment in Kurla can be very dense, wherein living may be a little tight, especially for children who require space. The compact layout makes little room for open views or greenery in the project. As much as the prices would be reasonable, traffic and noise levels could just offset the comfort factor in it. Which is why it works better for those focused on connectivity over calmness.
