You will be stuck with a bad loan

Pathetic builders. We’re owners in their established Puraniks Abitante society. They had promised water storage and what not at the time of sale. When the society got handed over, none of that was done. Because of that water bill from tankers has been added to maintenance. Plus, the society goons take the same 12k Maintainence from 1bhk too and same from 3 bhk folks not as per sqft. The walls are so thin that if you have common bedroom wall, you won’t be able to sleep from noise from the adjoining bedroom of a different flat. Same issue from upper floors. STP cleaning every month still not enough.


The area hasn’t developed since past 4 years. I don’t see to developing in near future as well. If you go to sell the flat you will be in loss by atleast 12 lacs on the price you’ve already paid to interest to bank+ sale payment. You will feel stuck. This flat is not even worth 30 lacs. Let alone 40 or 50. Don’t make a mistake of giving your hard earned money to this builder.
