Very bad experience with sales team.
They gives false commitments while taking token amount, can’t give any single minute time to read the form before signing a form. Once we sign the form and later we moved to another project then they never give the token amount refund giving reason that the amount is non refundable you have already signed the form.
Buyers don’t go for Puranik’s projects they are making fool to most of the customers. Even Maharera authority can’t do anything... they all are liers...
BUYERS LITERALLY IF THEY GIVE A FREE FLAT THEN ALSO DON’T GO WITH PURANIK’S PROJECTS..??
