Puraniks Unicorn Thane Project is not trustable. They have blocked my
Rs.1 Lac which I had given as booking amount. They made false commitments of loan. But they didn’t sanction loan from there bank and forfeited booking amount and said sabka amount refund nahi hota jo booking cancel karte he. So don’t trust on Puraniks Builder Project at all. Don’t go to their sales office. 1 star dene ke bhi layak nahi he ye builder.
