I was fool to invest inPurva Waves where their USP was beach theme and several other amenities. They charged us bomb for all these but failed to provide basic amenities even. They made big promises on providing water from different sources but their only source is tanker and borewells that they promise is only on papers. There’s no Bescom connection as well. In fact there’s civil work still in progress and they have started charging residents for maintenance. In a way they are using maintenance money to complete the civil work. They dont deserve class A builder and people shouldn’t be fool by their sales team sweet talks. After you have paid them, they are not interested in delivering what they have committed. One of my worst decision to invest in them.
