I had booked a flat in Purva Highlands on 3rd May online by paying Rs 5, 00, 000/- as booking amount for holding special Covid price, which they promised to return if we don’t like the flat. This was advertised also. In July first week after to Bengaluru from Hyderabad, I visited the place, as I didn’t like the flat, I decided to cancel the booking and I conveyed the same. Initially Purva CRM told me it will take 15 days to return the booking amount, after that they told 1month, now it is morethan 2 months, they have not returned booking amount. Now their CRM says, they will return only after the flat is sold!. They are now not even answering the phone. Careful in dealing with these builders. They never stick to what they promise.
