I wanted to invest some money in real estate, and my broker suggested Purva Zenium. The complex is in the construction stage but is expected to be completed as scheduled. It is a modern flat which I will have no problem renting as it is great for young families coming into Bangalore. I am glad my broker suggested that I visit the site as I was a little reluctant. But after seeing it, I knew I couldn’t find anything close at that price point.

I bought one of Purva projects in bengaluru and now all I could do is regret my decision. They do worst planning of amenities for example no sitting benches, pool loungers, non functional basket ball and tennis court. They got away with placing fire detectors and sprinklers in flats by keeping the height of towers a few meters less than the govt regulations. Been living for 6 months with no tower security guards, lifts are worst always getting suck. The lifts are not even standard size. Passenger lit can only accommodate 5 people and service lifts are unable to fit in 600 lt fridge or stretchers. And the purva management has only one answer it’s how they planned the project.
God knows why this is a category 1 builder in bengaluru
First of all the communication of Purvankara sales team isn’t proper. They mislead me saying it was a pre launch project and according to that I paid advance booking of 5 lkhs in October 23. At the time of allocation the RM informed me that the project was started in 2022 that completed 3rd slab and immediately asked to pay 55% of project value. For which I cancelled the allocation and asked for the refund. They had a delay of the refund of 2 months and on top of that 22nd December 23 they gave me the cheque amount of Rs 4, 98, 702/- after deducting the so called "bank charges".
Please be careful while booking the project with Purvankara.
