The flip side of owning a unit of Raghav Paradise is that it’s more “mid-emerging” than established luxury, so you'd have to stay with the fact that the area is still growing, and that proves my point of typical urban trade-offs. Expect more traffic, less green buffer, and maybe amenities being built out rather than already established. If you want a mature, calm suburb with wide open space, this might not fully deliver.
