Ram India group has 4-5 litigations on projects which they sold 8-10 years back. They have been fooling people and selling flats on illegal floors, even bribing bank employees to approve loan(even SBI). Both Agarwal and Desai keep running away from Issue’s, rather than solving and getting building regularised. Sampanna Homes issue is pending from 10 years and even Govt people came to demolish building and case it still running. People are not able to sell flats or even rent for at good price.
