After 3 years of purchase in P1 building Swiss county we still have not got allocation of parking no solar system, no electricity bill payment which leads to power cut by mane and many more such incidents. Top of that builder never told us abt TDS that needs to be paid to government which builder took as a pArt of total value from us but filled the TDS late which leads to penalty of around 27k. Now because of their ignorance I have to pay thi much amount and nobody from builder side responding.Just like cowards. Be aware from this builder they will say that no we don’t Ny issue u no na there arw few people in every society which do purposely like that and theZe are same statements they said to us and we got trapped.
