Mr. Ram the proprietor is very reachable man till the flat sale and very busy and unreachable after the sale. For all issues neither Ram, neither sales or anybody from Ruchira projects takes the flat owners concerns. There is complete chaos at Ruchira Lilium apartments without association formation, simply collecting the maintenance fees without concerning issues. We been to Ruchira Iris site and spent whole Sunday to meet Ram for various issue resolutions, till now no response other than oral assurance.
I'll hope this review catches his attention and his drive route to Ruchira Lilium for issues resolution.
