The biggest drawback of this project is its tight footprint; everything is built on a smaller land parcel, so you don’t really get the open spaces or breathing room you generally require, and for someone used to larger buildings or wider amenities, it'll definitely feel a bit on the congested side. Even the units, while cleverly designed, are still compact compared to what you’d find in the suburbs. It’s great for working professionals, but not ideal for families with kids wanting spacious corners.
