First things first, this project’s infrastructure is by no means excellent. Rustomjee Developers made a big deal about their project being among the greatest in the real estate sector, but it falls far short of their expectations. My realization that there are numerous problems with the management and the builder came after moving into this housing complex. In comparison to the amenities and services provided in this complex, the maintenance fees are relatively high.
