Please don’t buy flats from Salim constructions as they don’t keep up Thier expectation . I am an owner in sree Hari Nagar( GOLDEN PARK) campus . I am sorry to say this . I have taken the possession of my flat in March last year . common area work is not completed till today and I am following for the last 15 months now .really very poor service and it is better to go for some reputed builders atleast they will keep up their expectation by charging you little more .
